Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel, roasted malt, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of milk, roasted malt, and caramel, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Doodler. Pours a clear nutty brown with an off-white head. Sweet raisiny nose, not that roasty realy. Thinnish body, dark dried fruits, slightly ashy with only subtle roast. Hardly any bitterness. Quite thin. 030612

Pour is a black with a large tan head. Aroma is roasted malt and not much else. Flavor is again roasted malt and not much else. Kinda watery in the end. So-so and very light for a stout.

12 oz bottle bought at Super 1 in Rathdrum, ID. Pours dark brown to black with reddish highlights and a 1-finger beige head with decent retention. Aroma is all toasty malts, cookie dough, molasses, nuts. Taste is mostly sweet with a bit of dry bitterness and sour in the finish. Nice creamy mouthfeel with average carbonation. Very nice, simple and sessionable.
