Can from Brix Bottle Shop in Kalispell, MT. Pours a dark reddish-brown color with a small beige head and fair retention. No lacing. Sweet and nutty malt aroma. The taste follows the nose: Sweet and nutty malt flavors. Really smooth and clean, with a lightly carbonated finish. Medium body and almost no bitterness. Not much to look at, but very tasty.

Draft at the source. Clear maroon brown color, beige head with good retention. Aroma of chocolate brownies. Taste has cocoa, subtle pepper.

Bottle: Deep brown with auburn hues. Nose is lightly roasted malts and chocolate. Taste is consistent with the aroma albeit amplified. Nice amount of chocolate that balances out the roasted malts. Light hint of yeast. Good.

dark brown color. Coffee and a touch of citrus. Again nothing too exciting for me.
