Canvas is an experimental hoppy beer series that serves as a bit of a playground for our brew team to try some different things from a recipe standpoint that are a bit outside the norm for us.

For the fifth in the series, we kept our standard hazy DIPA grain bill largely unchanged in order to play around with the variable of water chemistry. Specifically, we pushed the addition of calcium chloride well beyond our normal limits in an effort to build palate fullness and perceived sweetness.
