This smooth and unfiltered fruited hefeweizen has a beautiful apricot nose and a refreshing, slightly tart finish. The bounty of the orchard is now portable.

Poured from 12oz bottle(room temp) a nice cloudy light gold with a huge head of foam that sharnk slowly leaving a solid layer with some lacing hugging the side of my glass.
The smell is big on the apricot, which I like, and has some sweet malt in there as well as a touch of sourness.
The taste is very apricot but it's not over done. It has a nice bit of sweetness with the tanginess that you expect from this fruit and makes for a pretty darned good fruit beer. I like this one. And at 4%abv(on the label) it went down very easy. I could drink quite a few of these at one session!
Bottom line: A low alcohol brew that literally yells out...I'm a sesssion brew! I recommend it.
Thanks to Wasatch for giving me a chance to taste this tasty beer!

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is a big time apricot. A bit artificial but it really stands out. Flavor is a very minor apricot with some wheat malt and finishes quite watery. Not really a hefe, more like a plane old wheat ale with some apricot flavoring added. Nothing remarkable but it’s hit the spot for an after work beer.

On tap at Squatters, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh apricots upfront, followed by light whispy wheat. Flavour is fairly fresh, with juicy apricots upfront and wheat notes. Uninteresting but decently made for what it is.

Pint at a restaurant in Kanab/Utah. Murky pale yellow in the glass, small head. Apricot on the nose, little bit wheat. Taste starts with apricot, also some wheat and yeast with low banana and chewing gum in the second row. Increasing wheat in the middle part, fruity and high carbonated. An ambivalent one. But okay.

12 oz. bottle from Zach. Clear, pale, gold color, with no head and an oily film. The nose is apricots, oyster crackers, and not a lot else. Sweet and thin. Light body, oily, acidic, and watery. This is a weak, poor beer. Absolutely no hint of hefeweizen, just watery fruit juice.

Can from HomeBrewStuff. Faint aroma of apricots, weak body not even reminiscent of a hefeweizen. Average fruit beer, and not that fruity at that.
