This smooth and unfiltered fruited hefeweizen has a beautiful apricot nose and a refreshing, slightly tart finish. The bounty of the orchard is now portable.

12oz can. Hazy yellow-orange body. No real head after a minute or two...just some soda-like rising carbonation bubbles. The aroma is over-the-top, sort of artificial or enhanced. Think a little more intense Pyramid Apricot. The hefe-yeast gives it a touch more depth, attempting to peek through the apricot overload. Fruit forward and sweet OK for what it is.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow color, medium white head. Big apricot aroma. Taste is mostly apricot jam, very subtle banana, citrus, maybe white pepper. Sweet and inoffensive.

Last one from Brenda,
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy orange color with tints of yellow along the sides of the glass. Light speckled lacing graces about the glass after the white foamy head died off.
The smell had the apricots run over top of a light wheaty/grainy spice of coriander.
The taste started off with the apricots and then a combined coriander to wheat bite slightly came.
On the palate, this came about a light to medium on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. The carbonation is good for the fruit beer style as it allows a nice refreshing quality about it. There’s a nice sweet apricot aftertaste and finish.
Overall, I liked this one and would have it again.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy tangerine color with a small foamy white head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was mild apricot, pit and a touch of bread. The flavor was dryish and water with just a hint of apricot and cracker. Short finish. Light to medium body. Not good.

tap at McStiff’s - Pours a hazy straw color with a small white head. It has a big, assertive apricot aroma. The flavor is sweet and full of apricots. It’s a touch on the watery side but it’s light bodied, refreshing, and quite tasty.

Bottle: Pale yellow color with a soft haziness to it. Just a little ring of white head and leaves very thin sheets; it almost looks like it was frosted. Distinct aroma of the apricots is abundant and overwhelms anything else that may be there. Similar in the taste, but wheat and some of the malts come through. Doesn’t scream hefe at all… fits the fruit beer category well. Mix with Sprite and instant cheerleader beer.
