Proletariat, NYC tap: Pours amber with a small head. Aroma is cereal and a whole lot of it. Grain, grain, and cereal. Taste is pretty much the same. Some yeast and bread and the like. Not too much hops. Really easy to drink. Not that interesting though.

Draft. Deep golden body with a white, frothy head. Grainy aroma, toasted and raw. Hint of pear, apple, Belgian yeast. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Dusty grain finish with a little bit of floral hops. Nice for a 3.9% beer.

Draft. Straw, dried apples, and biscuit malt aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Lightly sweet apple, straw, and light biscuit malt flavor. Light body. Excellent - could drink this all the time.
