Tap bowsers. Light orange in color. Somewhat vinegar aroma. Very good cutting feel on this one. Not overly sweet like so many of its domestic brethren. Not your typical fru fru fruity sweet cider pop. The fermentation has gone pertty far on this one. Almost comes across a little farmy and a little like mild real lambic. Some apple peel on the finish.

On tap at Kite and Key in Philly, pours a very hazy, neon yellow/green with zero head. Nose has apples, green apple skins, a little lemon, some cheesiness. Flavor is balanced between the sweet and tart, juice, honey, lemon, straw, a little bubblegum. Mostly dry finish.

Sampled on draft at Denny’s Beer Barrel Pub this beer poured a murky very pale yellow color with a medium sized white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was tart, sour, citric and lactic but not much apple. The flavor was very tart, tangy, apple citrus and funk. Long finish. Light body. Solid.
