Our special variation of our seasonal oak-aged peach beer brewed with Pacific Northwest grown fresh whole peaches, the Peche ‘n Brett Reserve blend contains a higher than typical concentration of fruit refermented in French oak wine casks and aged for a longer time period than our standard process, creating an elevated complex oak character with enhanced peach aroma and flavor, working in concert with subtle hop and malt elements, followed by brettanomyces-derived fruity funky dryness.

A third fermentation provides carbonation with added aromas and flavors in the bottle. We recommend chilling the bottle for at least 24 hours before opening and serving in a proper glass.
