Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.
For this version of Dora we used Mill Ridge Malt out of Arnprior, Ontario for the entirety of the base malt. It’s all Ontario grown and malted!
Hopped exclusively with Citra, we taste pineapple, papaya and mixed citrus

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some dank tropical notes and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with dank and slightly spicy tropical notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with a nice crushable juicy twist.
