Saturday night bottle share. Bottle courtesy of Steve.Yet another sour cracked the lineup, not as big as bold as some of its predecessors, but adequately tart with subtle hints of cucumber and melon. Would be much better enjoyed in the heat of summer.

Bottle @ Steve_0. Thanks! Pours a golden orange appearance with a khaki head. The aroma is a little sweet. There’s some grass, cucumber, hay, and some citrus. Moderately tart flavor. The cucumber comes through stronger in the flavor. Twangy and tart. Some melon / pear notes along with citrus. Ok. Kind of strange.

Taste good for what you would think is going to be a gimmicky beer. Not sure why melon and cucumber work together but they do. Reminds me kind of like one of those spicy Thai papaya salads without the spice. Pours golden without much head or lacing. Cucumber comes through more than the melon, which doesn’t leave much sweetness. Light sour finish. Bottle thanks to Travlr at Churchkey.
