Draft at Salud. Clear amber maroon color, off tan head. Aroma of piney malt. Taste is bittersweet burnt caramel.

Draft sample at the 9th Annual Summertime Brews Festival, Greensboro, 7/13/13. Pours a clear copper color with a large frothy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of spicy, citrus hops and faint caramel malts. The taste is caramel malts, floral, fruity and earthy hops. Medium bodied, slight lingering bitterness.
