Spoils Of War is a West Coast IPA brewed at our Melbourne facility with Cryo Riwaka, Citra and Simcoe to bring a huge hit of dank pine and - STAY OUT OF THE RIGHT LANE IF YOU’RE
GOING TO DRIVE LIKE THAT! where was I? - pine, grapefruit and lemon.
In the interest of innovation we’ve added the entire dry hop load early during fermentation in
an attempt to create an ultra clean hop - ARE YOU KIDDING ME! INDICATE, INDICATE!? - hop profile and crystal like clarity.

Draft at Mountain Culture, Redfern. Sydney. Poured a clear light amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is earthy herbal. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a fresh, smooth, light sweet toffee, herbal, mineral, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
