12 oz. can, pours a deep reddish brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is complex, with plenty of bourbon barrels, tons of orange peel, tons of cherries, dark dried fruits, and toffee. Flavour does indeed marry the old fashioned elements with the usual BA barleywine elements—lots of bourbon, cherries, orange peel, toffee and caramel malt. The orange is especially well-worked in, and the barrels contain the sugars well. Surprisingly excellent.

355mL can. Pours nearly black with a small light beige head. Loads of caramelized orange peels, dark sugars, bread, and some dried fruits on the nose. Flavour has loads of brown sugar, bread, dark fruits, marachino cherries, caramelized orange peels, and a solid bourbon barrel character. Great base that is super well integrated with the adjuncts and barrel. Excellent.

Aroma: caramel, dark fruits, orange peel, moderately sweet.
Taste: nice body, malty, dark fruits, mix of orange peel and cherries with some cherry pit notes.
Overall: I wouldn't say it is barrel aged or barleywine, but it is definitely a pleasant drink 😁
