Třeba i v zimě! Název piva Immersion navazuje na minisérii piv započatou v roce 2023. Ta se nyní dočkala svého pokračování. Immersion znázorňuje ponoření se do nečeho. V tomto případě se doslova ponoříte do chuti chmelů Mosaic a Citra, jejichž čerstvost nemá konce.

As one of the first breweries, we are introducing a new product, fresh cryo hops. These are fresh ("wet") hops that are frozen and cryogenically processed into pellets immediately after harvest. This way, they retain the aroma of freshly harvested hops, and you can enjoy them in this NEIPA at any time of the year. Even in winter! The name of the beer follows the mini-series of beers that began in 2023. It has now been continued. In this case, you will literally immerse yourself in the taste of Mosaic and Citra hops, whose freshness has no ending.

Can. Hazy yellow orange color with medium white head. Aroma of grainy malt, honey, light citrus hops with oranges, apricots, orange zest. Taste starts bready malty, quickly followed by tropical fruits as mango, passion fruit, oranges, tangerines, apricots, oroange zest. Taste si much better than aroma. Medium long tropical fruity hoppy finish. Good.

Tap at Beergeek Bar, thanks Daniela! Hazy golden body, off-white head. Honeyish, citric aroma, apricot, light touch of wild herb leaning on paint. Painty citric and apricoty hoppy/estery notes on a smoooooth nice body... something went wrong, but I'll try it again to make sure it wasn't a fluke. The Barn always deserves a second chance!
