At Hawkers, we take a firm stance that there’s nothing wrong with having a Cryo into your beer. In fact, with this tasty little double west coast, we did it with a trio of Cryo hops for maximum aromatics to complement the finishing bitterness. Simcoe Cryo, Citra Cryo, and Cascade Cryo for a citrusy, floral, and subtle resinous olfactory experience. So good, it might make you cryo.

(Can) Pours slightly hazy amber with good head. Nice aroma of citrus with caramel notes. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Good taste too, with hops all the way. Herbal and pleasantly bitter. Hints of caramel and citrus. Longish moderately bitter finish. Very good.

Can. Misted amber, a cm of white head. Thumping kumquat, caramel, bread and pine aroma. A little more than medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Fairly sweet with bread, apricot, caramel, kumquat, some mango. Some pine as the bitterness struggles up a tad towards the end. Nice but doesn't sparkle, particularly given its strength.
