Harrison Hoppenings is always a fun beer to brew because we mix up the hops used each batch. It's an aroma and flavor driven IPA, so expect low bitterness with a full, soft mouthfeel through the use of flaked oats. Version 3.0 uses Citra, Mosaic, and an experimental hop exuding pine, tropical fruit, and stone fruit notes. Hops are added in the boil, as well as, in the fermenter which is known as "dry hopping"
