Toppling Goliath is a brewery that we can add to our collaboration Hall of Fame. This world-famous giant visited us to work together on a genuine Toppling Goliath-style American IPA. Citra, Mosaic and Strata Hyperboost are on the barricades shouting about how fantastic they are in a beer like this. Straightforward, no nonsense, classic American juicy, but bitter IPA of 6.8%. Canned version 7.6%

Fast dwindling, frothy white head over fully hazy yellow-orange beer. Dishwater (the glass?), citrus, citruspeel. Bitter citrus, orangepeel, resin. Dry herbs. Medium bodied, bit chewy, oily. Good carbonation. Quite good, not outstanding.
