Clear gold blond beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, a bit oxidized, fruity touch, malty, some honey on warming up, lots and lots of honey, diacetyl. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet, malty, honey, soft acidity, gentle bitterness, caramel. Aftertaste: more malty, sweet, caramel, some pears, a bit watery, some honey, more oxidation, a bitter touch, ok, but a little boring.
