A Hazy Triple IPA with Nelson Sauvin & Peacharine. Brewed for our Factory Craft Beer Festival 2026.
Hopped with a beautiful lots of Nelson Sauvin and Peacharine. Nelson brings a ton of white wine, grapefruit, dankness, and white pepper. With Peacharine, we added it as pellets and as SubZero Hop Kief, a cryogenic liquid product from Freestyle Hops. Peacharine adds notes of peach rings and citrus.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5
(Keg at Etko Taproom, 20260307) The beer poured yellow and opaque. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had citrus fruits, passion fruit and grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were citrus fruits, mango, peach and low bitterness. Aftertaste had zesty fruits and bitterness. Tasty.

A bit sweet and intense with juicy peaches, some green hoppiness, grass, pine, citrus and hints of vinous grapey dankness. Hints of hop burn in the finish, quite green and sweet, not your typical Factory TIPA.
