Clear gold blond beer, dense creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty fruity, quite some peaches and apricots, malty backbone, a little floral, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very spicy, coriander, some celery, pretty bitter, grassy, hoppy, not very fresh, some sweet malty notes, probably 6 to 12 months old? Aftertaste: floral, pretty soapy bitterness, a little chemical touch, very dry, herbal finish, more spices, a hint of coriander, some rosemary and thyme.
