This is a super crushable Helles, super clean and crisp with nothing but pilsner malt and flaked rice in it to keep it light and refreshing. We used German noble hops to give it a subtle hint of herbal spiciness, including Hersbrucker which is the classic hop for a Helles.

Hazy yellow colour with medium white head.Aroma of hops and grain light watery flavour of straw and citrus mild with thin body and boring overall.

Can 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow with a small creamy and lacing white head. Malty nose with clean malts and fine noble Hersbrucker aromas. A bit light in body for a Helles with the malt being fairly faint - neither dry, nor sweet. Very subdued bitterness. Highly chuggable. 130326

2 x 33 cl cans. Clear, bright golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with pale malts, slightly spiced, bread, fruits, and grasses. The taste is light bitter. Medium body. Drying finish. Fresh, crisp, and dangerously drinkable. Nice.
