Saison de coupage issue d'un assemblage pour moitié d'une saison barriquée et d'une saison fraichement brassée.

Une bière avec une petite dose de complexité, des notes vineuses et céréalières... la bouteille se boit très vite !

Pre-event pub crawl for Wild Festival Groningen. Clearish yellow color white head. Aroma of light peppery funk and light stonefruit. Taste is fresh lemon, more funk. Very tasty

Vinous, light tartness, some pome fruit. Easy table beer although stronger than that at 6%. Balanced hay and light floral notes. Very moreish and a food beer. LCI

Taster from 0,75l bottle at Carnivale Brett, Amsterdam. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells saisonish, grassy, earthy, tobacco. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes tobacco, stone fruits, earthy, herbal, peppery. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of grassy, tobacco and peppery notes. Nice stuff

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Gialla acida, torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso bretta, citrica, molto fresca. In bocca è morbida, acidità contenuta, forse un po' corta. Corpo esile, leggermente watery, carbonazione media. Birra da bere a secchiate, rinfrescante, pulita. Ok!
