Special version of Bolshevik Solution produced for the 2012 Mare di Birra cruise. Red colour from carared and melanoidin malts, no bitterness as no hops were boiled. they were added post-boil though, in huge quantities! Citra, Simcoe, Galaxy and Calypso, plus Summer and Columbus in the fermenter

30/06/2012 Ma che siete venuti a fà (handpump). Ambrata, abbastanza limpida, schiuma leggerissima. Aroma molto deciso di luppolo, con note agrumate, di limone in primis, di intensità inusuale in una bitter, leggermente sporco. In bocca è mediamente amara, secca, di buona persistenza. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Un concentrato di luppolo molto interessante.
