Back To Basix: Sometimes you've got to go back to go forward. We collaborated with our friends at DuClaw Brewing Company to go Back To Basix! This session beer (2.8% abv) was brewed from just one malt (Weyermann's Pale Ale Malt) and just one hop variety (though admittedly we used a helluva lot of it ... Amarillo). This beer is crisp and light bodied and oh so more-ish!

Clear yellow color. Aroma of fresh grass and light lemon. Taste is slightly bitter grass and straw.
