When asked by Jonny from the Craft Beer Channel if we wanted to brew something special for their Craft Beer Boys Festival with the legends at Floc Brewery we couldn't say no. Ee packed in 300 kg of fruit - Pink Guava, Mango and Apricot puree and fermented it all with Philly Sour yeast. The result is a super thick sour that is juicy and tart and super refreshing.

Tap at Brewis. Ginger pinky deep orange. Barely a head. Nose has peach mango and guava (not that I’ve had guava any time recently but it’s definitely something like that). Taste is fruity and sweet with a modicum of sourness. But not really sour. Drinks smoothie like. Fruity light tartness to finish.
