Killer Bee is a double honey ale that is made from both local and real killer Bee honey, premium two row malt, specialty malts and finishing hops. This light colored ale has a distinct sting, at a mean 8.5% alcohol by volume. The bees won't be the only ones buzzing over it.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: amber color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet honey, super faint floral hops and some light malts - somewhat biscuity, I think? Hmmm...
Flavor: leads with the sweet honey tones, hops seem pretty non-existent but some of the malts seem slightly there; finishes with the honey
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being sessionable; pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: yes sirreee, this is an actual honey beer, not a mead but an actual honey beer and one I wouldn't mind coming back to.
