Spritzy, modern cider, to celebrate and welcome in the sunshine, the birdsong, the buzz of pollinators, and the joyous vibes of blossomtime. Made from a blend of historic varieties nearly lost to time: Gloucestershire Underleaf, Stantway Kernel, and Red Styre. These apples have been grown in our area for centuries but their unique flavours are being rediscovered through our commitment to single variety ciders. Zingy notes of lemon and lime zip across the tongue in an ultra refreshing wave of flavour.

Blended in collaboration with That Beer Place, Chester, CAMRA’s 2024 National Cider Pub of the Year and the home of Chester Cider Club. Dale and Lisa take huge pride in being a welcoming, inclusive venue that’s not just for beer! Their stock of more than 100 ciders and perries in bottle and 5+ on draught at any time give you endless choice. Stop by and ask for a Ross-on-Wye! 750ml. 6.5%

750ml bottle from Ross on Wye. Sparkling, pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fleshy fruit, core. Taste is tart, sweetish, appley, with skin & core, fruity floral, pineapple, sherbert, lemon-lime citric notes, funk hint and drying bright acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
