Riwaka All Ways pours a glowing yellow color, crowned with mountains of foam that rise above the glass. Aromas of passionfruit juice, lime candy, and grapefruit peel swirl through its creamy body. Beneath these dank, tropical notes, subtle hints of lemon zest and soft spice emerge, revealing Riwaka’s noble Saaz lineage.

Our All Ways Series showcases the full spectrum of character found within single-hop varieties. To achieve this, we source our favorite hand-selected lots from multiple growers. For this release, we combined Riwaka hops from Garston Hops, Eggers Hops, Clayton Hops, and Freestyle Hops. The result is a complete and wholly unique expression of Riwaka’s complex profile.

The magic of terroir—the environmental conditions, particularly soil and climate, in which hops are grown and which shape their distinctive flavors and aromas —continues to captivate us at Tree House.

Canned 3/5/26, drunk 4/21/26.
Big overripe pineapple initially is a bit twangy/off-putting, but seems to mostly pass, giving way to the matchstick character you expect from Riwaka. White wine, mineral, light floral accents and a very sparse malt adding mostly cracker and light white bread. There's that slight undercurrent of twangy pineapple, but it's minimal.
And in complete spite of the nose, it's shockingly malty, sweet with huge honey and white bread. Fuzzy bitterness and mineral throughout with tropical fruits in the form of guava and light passion fruit. Not nearly as much sulfur as the nose lets on. But none of the twangy pineapple either. It has some excellent Riwaka notes, but overall a bit sweet and the hop character isn't all that explosive or lasting.

Pours a hazy, orange-banana, with smallish head. Aroma is a bit muted, but with tropical fruit and citrus elements noted. Flavors follow and are more pronounced, along with a kind of earthy mid-section and finish. Soft mouthfeel. Mild hop bitterness in the finish.
