Negra, opaca. Espuma ocre de tamaño y consistencia medias. Aroma ahumado con predominio de café. Oleosa en boca. Densa. De escaso amargor. De escaso gas. Y de intenso sabor de rica malta tostada, con notas de café y ahumadas.
