Parte della nostra linea Experimental Beer DARWIN #5, è una West Coast IPA, fresca e resinosa dal carattere deciso, in pieno stile americano: secca, luppolata e pulita. Al naso sprigiona intensi sentori agrumati e resinosi, grazie a un blend di luppoli americani, mentre al palato, una base maltata sostenuta, bilancia l’amaro deciso, tipico dello stile.

Pretty clear amber blond beer, creamy dense off-white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty oxidized, not very fresh? Floral notes, soapy, a bit fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, malty touch, very soapy kind of bitterness, some dried fruits, pretty dry. Aftertaste: a bit malty, grains, hay, more cow fodder, spicy, hay, some coriander.
