Undated can drunk 3/10/26.
Well it looks like something out of Mortalis and the gang. Bubbly, fizzy, murky, ugly, smoothie-stuff. Nice.
Doesn't smell weird, just lactic acidity and fruit. Prominent blueberry with juicy stone fruit and low lactose character. No big acid and no sugar or strange things like soft serve ice cream.
Tastes like a fairly sweet blueberry juice puree drink. Could definitely be more tart/acidic. As is they've gone way too far down the "let's be careful not too make this sour a real sour" road and as a result it's too sweet. Sweet fruit smoothie juice with very, very low acidity. Pleasant in the sense that fruit puree is pleasant but very, very little beer character. Even with all that said, it's still better than the fizzy, seltzer sours that have zero depth/body that are the vast majority of NA beer brewing currently.
