Undated can drunk 3/25/26.
Surprisingly not soupy and chunky, but a light, almost clear (initially, I swirled it pretty vigorously to see if it would get soupy, but it didn't just a bit less clear) pink grapefruit flesh color.
Smells like pink grapefruit juice. Clear and authentic. There's a bit of malt sweetness on the very end, helping add strength to it, but it's not exactly berliner weisse-like.
Again, in the flavor, like the nose, good flavors of pink grapefruit juice (seems pretty authentic) but not really delving in to much beer territory here. There's little, if any, lactic acidity that you'd want from a Berliner, nor even much in the way of wheat. Just some rather sugary "malt" character that does improve the body alongside the wheat texture. So, not seltzery and thin, but much closer to a glass of grapefruit juice than a beer.
