A red-hued darker wild ale. Light sweetness and woody notes on the nose. The palate is dry, with pronounced woody tannins. A touch of malt joins cherry, chocolate, and dried fruits. Deep woodiness carries through, with hints of caramelized sugar, coffee, and raw cacao in the finish.

Sour, vinous and tanninic oaky with some earthiness, funky farmyardy yeastiness, tart berries and leathery bretta vibes. Pretty complex and balanced.
