Mud Season is a White IPA crafted in honor of winter’s final trial of our spirit. Pouring a cloudy yellow hue, heaps of foam rise above the glass. A wintry charge of Centennial hops brings forth notes of flowing pine sap, grapefruit rind, and lemon candy. These bright, hoppy aromas are tempered by a fluffy body, courtesy of a hefty dose of doughy wheat malt in the grist.

1/2 pour at Tewksbury. Deeply hazy pale yellow, decent head with nice lacing, Aroma is strong orchard fruit, dark fruit, lighter citrus, candied citrus. Taste follows aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation finish as taste.

Tewks draught, 3/21/26.
Juicy citrus and light berry with honey and white bread easily balancing from malt. Guess this isn't the Belgian witbier IPA style just a wheated NEIPA. More berry and light blueberry lingering. Smells like well-done Mosaic.
Bit of peppery spice. Is there some Belgian yeast in here? Does seem a touch phenolic. Wheat galore softens and adds a deep chew as heavily spicy hop adds red and blue berry notes. Soft, fruity, eatery, vaguely Belgian. Love the deep, chewy texture. But there's a bit more spice and dry berry than I'd prefer. Maybe a touch sweet at points.
