LOU es volver al pasado, a esas imperial ipas o dobles ipas limpias, finas, elegantes, con bien de lúpulos americanos que tendrían al herbal, cítricos, con un balance entre malta y lúpulo que terminaba en resina y amargor.
Nos referimos a una doble ipa de corte west coast.
Cuerpo y carácter, y 8% muy bien llevados.
Elaborada con lúpulos Citra, Cascade y Mosaic.

Med bod, med-light carbo, needs more. Med-high bitter, light warmth, light sweet. Medium piney citrusy hops character. Classic feeling. Needs more bubbles though! The flavors are stuck in the liquid, let them go to me.

Clear orange with a white head. Big citrus notes with dank pine, too. Sweet, sticky malts. Some apricot, too. Medium body. Finish has plenty of the sweet malt and a big bitter citrus bite. Real nice.
