Our homage to IPA’s of the past. A substantially hoppy IPA brewed and dry-hopped with Columbus Cryo, Centennial Lupomax, @myrtlemeadowshops Cascade, and Chinook.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 03/03/2026). Clear-ish gold with small white head. Aroma of light citrus and pine hops. Taste of citrus, sweet jolly rancher, and mild pine hops on the finish over a soft biscuit malt. The jolly rancher sweetness is a unique pleasant surprise that integrates very nicely.

473 ml can. Pours a bright copper color with moderate head. Aroma of dank hops, candied citrus, pine, and bready malts. Flavors of pine, dry resin, bitter lemon and toasted malts. Good.

On tap at Beva, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of big woody resinous hops, huge pine, and a hint of grapefruit pith—classic WC nose. Flavour is even more assertively with that woody resinous hops and big oily pine—tons of Chinook and Columbus coming through—backed with just enough crisp biscuity malt. This is wonderfully brewed, taking me back to the mid-2010s when hazies hadn’t yet polluted craft beer. Really great stuff.
