4oz pour at Meridian Pint pours a garnet amber with clumpy white head. Nose has candy, spice, dates, cherry juice too. Flavors of pitted fruits, dates and raisins and cherries, candy, clove, more fruit, apples now. Big and boozy finish. 7 4 7 3 13

Draft: Little aroma, maybe cherries. Hazy copper, medium yellow head, nice lace. Maraschino cherries and plums. Full body, easy carbonation, warm. Very nicely done, a pleasure to drink.

Draft at the source. Hazy golden amber color. Aroma of light spice, maybe cinnamon. Taste is spiced slightly sour brown bread. Hides its alcohol really well.

750 mL bottle with a bit of age on it. Pours a dark brown color with some grayish (?) tints. Thin off-white collar of head. Aroma of toffee, banana, spice and a bit of toast. The taste is green banana, toffee, raisin, bananas foster, yeast, spice, anise. Medium bodied, slight carbonation, big lingering spice and a bit of booze. Decent beer.
