Bottle 500ml. @ The Shnoodlepip, London. [ As Wiper and True In the Rye ].Unclear light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, grapes, pineapple, light yeasty, fruity yeast - saison yeast. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, pineapple, grapefruit, tropical fruit, pale malt, fruity yeast - saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160805] 7-3-8-3-15

500ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, pale golden colour with huge, frothy to macropore, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Piney, resinous, hoppy aroma, notes of spruce, coniferes in general, minimally dusty, peppery spicy yeasty overtones, some old lemon peel, subtle fruity hints of apricot and peach. Taste is dry, minimally fruity, notes of quince, a touch of apricot is almost unable to poke out of a resinous, piney, coniferous, hoppy overlay; a chalky, mineral disturbance escorts the finish. Minimally too lively carbonation and the chalky touch get in the way of a more intense presence of fruity flavours. The interplay of piney hop and yellow stone fruit flavours is seminal.

Bottle split at Chris & Ruth’s pre GBBF Shindig, 07/08/16. Golden orange with an off white cap. Nose is grains, rye bread, light hop trace, caramel. Taste comprises bitter orange, straw, toasted grains, lemon rind, brown bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok number but not very saison like for me!

Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Gathering Ulfborg 2016, Day 1. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, peppery yeast, light funk and light fruits. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. [19-08-2016]

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering Ulfborg 2016, Day 1. Clear slightly pale golden color, small white head. Smell and taste wheat, quite yeasty and quite floral especially in the aroma, also floral and lightly citrussy flavor. Average body and carbonation.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Cloudy golden, coarse head. Generous aroma of elderflowers and banana. Dry with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Grainy with elderflowers and grass. Balanced bitter finish.
