For this rendition of I Will Not Be Afraid we added a classic favorite, Oreos! It brings out an intense chocolate wafer character and a creamy vanilla finish. It is best enjoyed slowly while allowing it to warm - doing so will release different layers of flavor and complexity!

Draft pour shared by ClarkVv—thanks, Clark! Opaque black, thin head, light viscosity. Aroma is strong sweet malt, milk chocolate, Oreo. Taste follows aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Nice, sweet, dessert sipper. Sweet. A bit lactose heavy.

Tewks draught, 3/21/26.
Lots of coffee with a hazelnut-vanilla sort of thing going on. Smells fairly sweet though not too much lactose, at least. The coffee is a bit dark for my tastes but smells good for what it is. Don't get any Oreo character, thankfully. No alcohol noted either.
Punchy acidity heavily up front with a lactic character and burnt coffee. Dark chocolate, prune, plum and a creamy, sweet, but thinner body due to lactose. Again, no sugary Oreo character but this is not at all how I enjoy my stouts. Sweet, roasty, lactose-forward and with a big, rather dark coffee character. So much fruit lingering, too.
