Small cam from Good Spirits Co. It pours clear rich orangey - brown with a thick, fluffy off - white head. The aroma is rich and intoxicating, dried fruits, candied orange peel, marzipan, raisin, booze soaked fruits, sultana, Xmas cake, custard and marzipan. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, dried raisin, sultana, toasted fruit cake, chewy, toothy, custard, marzipan, ambergris, candied orange, toffee, toasty malt, brown bread, woody and some warming booze with a drying finish. Fulsome body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Rich and flavourful. Well balanced and moreish.
