Tons of Cascade hops give this session ale moderate bitterness with great aroma and fresh hop flavor.

On tap at brewery. Poured a translucent bronze color with a small white head. Aroma is fresh hops, with a light sweet malt backing. Very much like a standard brew-pub APA. Not that this is a bad thing, I really enjoyed it and all it’s "unrefined" fresh glory.

Light amber coloured body with a thin off-white head. Aroma of fresh hops, a bit of malt and some toffee. Medium-bodied; Strong astringent malt tucked in with some nice fresh hops. Aftertaste shows little with malt being the strongest. Overall, a decent beer - definitely worth trying at the festival! I sampled this six ounce sample from pseudo-draught at the Old Dominion 2005 Beer Festival on 24-June-2005 in Ashburn, Virginia.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours a reddish amber color with a thin head. Poor retention and lacing. Aroma is earthy citrus hops. Sweet and sweaty grain taste with a light tinge of caramel and bitter citrus hops. Medium bodied.

Amber with a decent head. Smells just like those damn, wonderful cascade hops, mixed in with various floral decor. Taste is tart, bitter, and floral. A nice brew. Actually listed as an American Pale Ale, which is the true style of this beer.
