Polly Hilton set up Find & Foster to revive neglected traditional apple orchards in Devon, helping preserve wildlife & biodiversity, and to protect old local apple varieties from extinction. Her ciders are a true expression of these unique varietals and the terroir in these orchards.

A special one-off release from 2021; pure fresh apple flavours and lean crisp acidity drive through this beauty. A selection from a tank that was destined for the Appellation blend but which presented such an intriguing quince note that meant it just had to get its own limited edition release!

750ml wired cork bottle from Find & Foster. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates away and aroma of apple flesh, fruit, funk. Taste is appley, quince, tart & sweetish, with woody, oak, funky notes and drying acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry oaky acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
