Does no one eat? I mean I’m not going to complain, but a thing some point I should eat.

Sampled on draft at Busch Gardens this beer poured a murky Amber tan color with a medium sized foamy off white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was musty, yeasty and herbal with faint honey and orange notes. The flavor was grainy, yeasty and herbal with a light honey note. Medium length finish. Medium body. Pleasant.

Total Wine, Fairfax sixer of cans: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is honey, light fruitiness, and some Belgian yeast. Taste is a little too sweet for me. Tasted a little bit too heavy and wasn’t exactly refreshing in the hot summer heat I was drinking it in. That said, the flavors were honey with a wee bit of the hops. Not bad, but didn’t come together.

Slightly hazy golden coloured body with a bit of an orange glow and a very thin off-white head. Aroma of hay, grass, yeast, wheat and a bit of light funk - nice. Medium-bodied; Assertive honey flavour with a lot of yeast, grass, hay, oak and even the slightest note of wild yeast and brett. Aftertaste shows a pungent sweet kick from the honey and apricots with a good balance of malt and a little dry herbal and yeast kick at the very end. Overall, a surprisingly good beer with a great profile and a nice sweetness at the end, well balanced and nice to sample. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Whole Foods in Washington, DC (Foggy Bottom) on 28-February-2014 for US$7.99 sampled at home in Washington on 10-June-2014.

Nice Belgian ale with a good dose of floral hops. Pours cloudy blonde with hint of orange, good head and lacing. Finishes with hint of perfume. Comes together well. Soft carbonation. On tap at DC Beer Festival.

Whole lemon nose, mild spice. Cloudy golden, no head. Fruity lemon with orange underneath. Finishes decidedly maltier. Cotton c.andy hints throughout. Neat.
