チオール前駆体を豊富に含有することで知られるソーヴィニヨン・ブランの果皮から作られたPhantasm Powderと、Yakima Chief Hops社から新しくリリースされた濃縮ホップエキスYCH702を使用しました。ワールプール過程でYCH702 Mosaic, 発酵中にPhantasm Powderを投入し、その他のホップには、Galaxy, Superdelic, Cryo Pop, Cryo Mosaicをふんだんに使用し、発酵中・発酵後に3度に分けてドライホップを行いました。(DH使用量約20g/L)
グレープフルーツの皮のようなニュアンスとグアバ等のトロピカルフルーツ様のアロマが広がります。
フレーバとしてはホップ由来のジューシーさと草・ダンク様のキャラクターをよく感じ、マウスフィールはクリーミーです。
We used Phantasm Powder, made from the rind of Sauvignon Blanc, which is known to be rich in thiol precursors, and YCH702, a newly released concentrated hop extract from Yakima Chief Hops. We added YCH702 Mosaic during the whirlpool process, Phantasm Powder during fermentation, and used plenty of Galaxy, Superdelic, Cryo Pop, and Cryo Mosaic, and dry-hopped them three times during and after fermentation. (DH usage amount approx. 20g/L)
It has hints of grapefruit peel and aromas of tropical fruits such as guava.
As for the flavor, you can feel the juiciness from the hops and the grassy/dunk-like character, and the mouthfeel is creamy.

Pours murky straw yellow with medium sized off-white head, some lacing. Dank hops, citrus peel, grassy, bitter grapefruit, resin.
Very good. Hazy on the outside & hoppy WCIPA on the inside, great beer.
