Last released in 2019, this rich, silky, dessert-driven stout is like drinking a chocolate truffle. Bold aromas of brownie batter, lightly charred marshmallow, and Madagascar vanilla lead to a luscious palate of deep vanilla, toffee, and caramel. Full-bodied and luxurious, it finishes with lingering sweetness that slowly fades, leaving a satisfied smile in its wake.

Black wtih small brown head. Vanilla, caramel, toasted marshmallow, chocolate fudge malt, and fresh hay aroma. Very sweet toasted marshmallow, vanilla caramel, chocolate fudge malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body.

500 ml bottle from Half TIme, via delivery, split with Mike, 3/22/26. Dark brown, small brown head. Roasty, chocolate, vanilla. Smooth, balanced between sweet and dry, leaning slightly dry. Good stuff. Well made.
