Our first oatwine, and ofcourse it needed to be boiled for 12 hours. 40% oats. Silky smooth. Mega Maillard. Balanced with cascade hops. Fermented with English Ale yeast.

Very dark, on the thicker side and quite a good amount of caramel. Nice!
