CFJ-90 is our new Hazy IPA, and is made with 100% centennial Hops. The name CFJ-90 references the experimental name of the hops back when Vinnie first used it in 1989.
This beer is pale gold and pours almost completely opaque. The flavor and aroma are fruity, citrus, and some floral notes. CFJ-90 is high in bitterness despite having almost exclusively late boil hop additions, and a huge dry hop.
