This beer is all about chocolate and roast, complemented by warm oak spice and subtle vanilla sweetness from charred bourbon barrels. To further elevate the mocca profile of this wonderful stout, we blended in organic coffee and chocolate from our neighbourhood roasters and chocolate makers.
The coffee component comes from Paul&Bohne. We selected an organic blend built around Arabica and Robusta beans. The coffee brings a creamy, full bodied aroma of roasted nuts, dark chocolate and rich espresso character, without harsh acidity.
The chocolate of course comes from Zotter, who only supply the finest quality cacao that’s completely organic, fair and traceable. The cacao nibs add a full flavoured chocolate layer; deep, smooth and bittersweet.
A velvety, rich mocca temptation, that leaves a long lasting after flavour and warmth. The finest beer, with the best ingredients, made for special moments that deserve to be cherished.

Bottle. Color: Black, fast disappering brown head. Viscuous. Aroma: Roasted malt, dark chocolate, notes of coffee. Taste: Blend of roasted malt, dark chocolate, boozy Bourbon, mocha, coffee, liquorice. Full body, low carbonation. Slow sipper. Not only sweetness but also a fair amount of bitterness. Taste is a little disappointing somehow. Missing some balance. Medium sweet, over moderate bitterness. Ok overall, but I was expecting more, based on some Hagger Blends I've had.
