Poured from a 750 ml bottle.
Aroma is somewhat fruity with some dried apricot, zesty lemon and lime and a touch of berries. Light grain notes and hints of alcohol. Medium light oak notes. Hints of floral, peppery phenolics.
Pours a hazy, golden orange with a small, moderately thick, frothy, white head that recedes quickly to the edges and disappears.
Flavor is a bit sweet with light acidity and light grain notes. Medium light bitterness and light alcohol notes. Light oak notes. Light notes of peaches and apricots. Light emon zest and hints of floral notes. Slightly herbal phenolics.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid oaky saison. Really nice fruity notes and a touch of floral, herbal character as well. Oak is definitely featured in this one, but it works nicely.
