Mírná slanost, vůně bylin a květin, jíž dodává pivu provensálské koření, a svěží citrónový šmrnc. Pivo určené ke křehkému potěšení a užívání plnými doušky. Nejen sněženky a petrklíče zvěstují příchod jara.
As the days grow longer and the sun warms the air, it’s time for something bright and refreshing. One Pirouette is our spring-inspired gose, combining gentle salinity with floral and herbal notes from Provençal spices, finished with a lively touch of lemon. Light, elegant, and wonderfully refreshing, it captures the feeling of early blossoms and the first true sip of spring.

Tap at the Sibeeria taproom. Clear golden body, white head, medium retention. Huge rosemary aroma, likely thyme? Unsure but it's a bit rough. Had two better takes from Matuška and Dva Kohouti the same day. Smooth and salty taste, huge rosemary and thyme, or something along those lines, bitterish finish. Okay, but really appreciate it exists!
